How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your SimpliHuman account at any time. This will permanently remove all your data, including mood logs, journal entries, and goals.

Delete Your Account via the App

1. Open the SimpliHuman app and log in.
2. Go to Account > Delete Account.
3. Confirm your choice (from the list). This action cannot be undone.

Delete Your Account via Email

If you can’t access the app, email contact@simplihuman.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email or phone number.

Important Notes

• All user data will be permanently deleted.
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance but will no longer be linked to you.
