How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Simpli Human account at any time. This will permanently remove all your data, including mood logs, journal entries, and goals.

Option 1 · In the app

Delete Your Account via the App

  1. Open the Simpli Human app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile > Deactivate Account.
  3. Confirm your choice. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 · By email

Delete Your Account via Email

If you can’t access the app, email contact@simplihuman.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request.

Include your registered email or phone number.

Important Notes

  • All user data will be permanently deleted.
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance but will no longer be linked to you.
